How is Torque Release Technique different than other chiropractic techniques?

A Torque Release Technique (TRT) adjustment can be delivered with the spine in a perfectly relaxed neutral position with the perfect amount of force, whereas a traditional adjustment requires the spine to be stretched to a position of tension followed by the manual thrust by hand to sufficiently open the spinal joints to activate a cavitation response.

This technique encourages the body to correct all subluxations and find relief from pain and discomfort. Overall, TRT will help to ease tension and allow the nervous system to re-integrate with the body. this can improve things like:
– anxiety
– depression
– headache
– neck pain
– sleep issue
and so much more

UNIQUE APPROACH

UNIQUE RESULTS

Practice members enjoy the specific adjustment without the force, cracking, and popping sound of manual adjustments.

"I had chronic pain resulting from nerve damage from a prior back surgery. Josh Steinke's adjustments started helping after the first visit. His Intergrator technique is non invasive, so I feel safe even though I have a rod in my back. He explains everything, answers my questions, and he's well known and loved in our community. He's a family oriented Christian, and will pray for you if you want him to. No doubt, he CARES for each one of his patients! 5+ stars!"

"I had seen his add on facebook and learned of a new approach to adjustments. I had treated with a chiropractor for years for a back issue and was intrigued by this new technique. I had my first visit last week with a follow up today to see how I got along. this last week I noticed some improvement overall then what I had been experiencing. The staff are friendly and really make you feel more than a patient, but family!! The atmosphere is calming and peaceful. I recommend Steinke Chiropratic"
